I've gotten into the habit of listening to Justin Timberlake (or JT because we're just that close) on the way home from various locales and last night as I walked home from Easter dinner at The Pansy's I started thinking about The Engineer, so when I noticed he was online as I checked my email, I dropped him a line because I'm clever like that:
Team Gingerbread: Hey, I was listening to JT and I thought of you...
The Engineer: JT?
Team Gingerbread: Justin Timberlake, don't play coy with me
The Engineer: How does he remind you of me?
Team Gingerbread: Well, when we used to make out, sometimes I thought of him...
The Engineer: (silence)
Team Gingerbread: Well have a good night
.
He called me like 5 minutes later and we chatted and made really tentative plans. I think we're ok.

eric - We're clearly soulmates because that's my favourite song of his. Music videos are so irrelevant it hurts, I've never been a fan.

I was trying to sing along with "What comes around" on my way home tonight but failed miserably. Another sign of aging, I suppose.
