You know when you realize that your relationship has fundamentally changed over time, but it's just awkward because you don't know how the other person feels about the situation, and if they're not on the same page as you and you say something hurt feelings will abound?
Well I got my answer yesterday - we're on the same page.
Which is good because I'm sick of agreeing to disagree. I don't like who you've become (or who you've always been, and I was just blind to it) and I'm sure you agree as well.
We had a good run while it lasted, but I'm finally ready to start anew - without you.

I hate when a relationship comes to that point...but it's amazing how light and free you feel once you've gotten rid of the extra baggage that they caused.
It's time to move on then... and all the best...:)
