Foiled Plans

It snowed yesterday, depressing, and a definite wrench in the gears.

I was so excited to take my longboard in for a tuneup to the surf shop (why a land-locked province needs a surf shop is beyond me) as soon as the last vestiges of snow disappeared, but it looks like I've got another couple of weeks to go.

Also depressing, the fact that I'm still reading Elizabeth Gilbert's Eat, Pay, Love. I want to punch this woman in the mouth, because she's that whiny and annoying. I think the only reason I'm finishing the book is so that I can complain about it to whomever will listen when books are brought up in the foreseeable future.

You make me not want to read that book now.

I hate whiny characters
